I hope they skip the mangettes and just do a simultaneous release of Volume 1 instead.

Admittedly, I read the first couple chapters via scans and loved the series right away. The art was beautiful, and the story had a bit of a xxxHolic-supernatural vibe to it that got me hooked. Can't wait to actually get my hands physically on this series. ^^

Anime by anyone but BeeTrain, please. Oh, who am I kidding. CLAMP would never give their license back to the same people who made the Tsubasa anime. I've never heard of a mangaka THAT pissed off by an anime adaptation.

I'd love to see this series animated as well. Be best by Production I.G. or Madhouse, I think.

The girl in the picture looks like a younger Yuko Ishihara from xxxHolic. Given the dream-state, liminal nature of this new work, and the similar stylings, I wonder if it's somehow related? Maybe it's just coincidence... or maybe it's hitsuzen! Rolling Eyes

I'vce heard of this, to the point where they supposedly de-cannonized the anime adaptation or something along those lines. What exactly happened if you don't mind my asking? I been trying to find info on this for a while but not much luck.

No, they definetely de-cannonized the second season. I'm talking about the rumor that CLAMP would not allow the making of a third TV season because of how poor the second season was. But, since TV Tokyo (I think) still held the license for some of the charatcers, they resorted to OVAs instead.

I'd personally go for ufotable or A-1, as they seem quite faithful to the source material, besides the outstanding work they're capable of. I gave up on Madhouse + Clamp after Kobato. It wasn't exactly bad, it's just that I grew exhausted of the art really fast. Which is where the studio's style kicks in...

One thing is for sure, I'd love to see ufotable and clamp doing something together.

Hmm, those two would be nice as well. I haven't see Kobato yet, personally, other than a few clips here and there from AMVs, so I can't judge by that.
