So... we can assume that they'll make one final anime adaption. And... Funi will, no doubt buy it.
It's one of the best "fetish"-based animes IMO. I wonder why Funi, didn't release Season 2 for Christmas though...

Funny, I saw someone posting just the other day talking about how many volumes there were in this series and how, even if the series was to end with the next volume, it would be 2017 before fans could read it in the US. Interesting little coincidence, hope some spoilers for the ending appear before 2017 however.

This made me QQ, though maybe Yen Press will get there act together and release it faster here now that it has a set ending.

Such a pretty cover for the 15th volume. ^^ Holo looks so beautiful.
Anyway, it's sad but at the same time cool that Spice and Wolf is coming to an end. I can't wait for all the volumes to finally be released here so I can read all of the adventures (even with waiting until 2017, like posted in the Spice and Wolf thread in the Light Novels subforum). And I do like the idea of extra side stories - hopefully Yen Press will publish and release these too?

I've enjoyed the anime, novels, and manga, and I don't even have a fetish for economics! ^_-
I'm still waiting for Funi to announce BD sets for Spice & Wolf, so I haven't purchased it yet.

That's nice but I want a conclusion to the anime adaptation of it too. I really hope we got that too.

It'll take them half a century to release everything. If they don't go bankrupt first. And then they'll **** up the covers in order to be more "appealing" to the masses, while telling the fans to "SUCK IT" when they complain of the changes.
Business as usual with Yen Press.

Funny, I was thinking of the sexual meaning of the phrase.

You know they're using the original covers as main cover since the second volume?

Can't comment on Spice and Wolf, but Yen Press are doing a superb job with the Haruhi Suzumiya light novels. They're the good guys here. We should be thankful we're getting something so niche to begin with!

They said back when they announced the license that they were going to release it slow because it was still an ongoing series and they didn't want to catch up with it too fast.
Now that there is an end chapter in sight, they might speed up the release. Then again, they might choose not too in order to spite you.
