This seems like a response to the recent backlash against fansubbing and posting episodes on those YouTube-type sites.

Neither Izumo nor Koi Koi Seven have had licenses announced by domestic dvd distributors, so this is a nice way for fans and potential fans of those titles to check them out on VUZE. Plus, it might help attract dvd distributors if the price is right, given subtitle translation will be completed. Nice move, Vuze :)
