It looks like Yuji Yanase (and another romanization variant, Masayuki Yanase) was replace-merged to Takeyuki Yanase in the past, but I can't really find any reasoning for why it was thought Takeyuki was correct. His Twitter account implies that his given name starts with "Y". Official opening credits from FUNimation for In Another World With My Smartphone, where he is Director, has him as "Yuji Yanase" as well. I've reversed the merge since sources point to Yuji being correct.
