They're accepting Paypal donations, so you might want to send them something. Or you might want to write to them and say "God is paying you back for banning Aaron White from your message board! Repent!"

Just do whatever the spirit leads you to do.

To make a long, dull story short, I disagreed with the site owners (A married couple) about FLCL (I liked it, they didn't.) That's not what I got booted for, but in the couse of debating I accused the guy Miwasatoshi of using sophistic, solipsistic arguments (also known as being full of it) and said that's my big problem with his reviews as well. He took it okay, then his wife took it poorly, so he did a retcon and took it poorly as well. So they banned me.

Hmm... that "married couple" that didn't like FLCL wouldn't happen to be the McBride-Wyatt's, would it?

j/k

THEM, despite suffering from delusions of grandeur, isn't a bad site. The folks who run it are decent people but are prone to doing childish things, like Aaron's little sample. Go check the site out, though. Donate if you feel it's worth it.

There's actually not much of the site up right now, so it's not so easy to judge if you haven't checked it out before. I usually disagree with their reviews and the methodology behind their reviews, but I keep reading their reviews, and wouldn't want them to go under.

Lots of people here spend as much on anime in a month as I do in a year, so I assume there's so disposable income floating around. Do what you feel.

THEM peoples is good peoples. Finding good anime review sites on the web is a chore, and THEM is one of the better ones.

Carlos Ross and I shared brief e-mail correspondance for a while. He even pointed out some stupid website my friend and I created in high school on his blog. Woo!

I'd donate but my electric bill was pretty high this month.

I think I'm going to write THEM an e-mail. Banning someone over something so childish is just wrong. I know we've all had disagreed on what anime shows we liked in the past, but no one ever got banned for it. It's kind of weird though, the older people get, the more childish they can get.

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.

I'm locking this thread, as it appears no one wants to continue discussing THEM in a mature manner.
