Oh so it will debut next year...
I wonder if they will explain some of the game mechanics better but I kinda enjoyed both seasons when it aired on TV. The key visual looks decent.

Wixoss was definitely one of the most underappreciated shows from last year. I've seen lot's of people compare it to Madoka Magica, which really holds no water seeing as Wixoss is a competent psychological character drama whereas Madoka is more of just a grittier magical girl show (at least in my opinion).

The closer in next year, the better.

I personally thought the two shows had some thematic similarities. (I like to joke that Wixoss was born from an unholy union between PMMM and Yu-Gi-Oh ) I agree on the under appreciated part for sure.
Anyways, is this film a sequel to the show?

I hope it is not a two hour recap movie.

Even though this movie probably won't be super amazing, if it's as a good and well developed as the show, it's going to be very much worth watching.
I just hope it does something different with the plot... if it wants to be great it really needs a solid story that can substantiate a theatrical production. Still don't have too much info for this movie specifically though so we'll see.

I find Infected and Spread to be pretty underrated.
I'm hoping that the movie will explain the game mechanics more clearly.
P.S.: I would look forward to seeing moar of battoru in it as well.

Every time I see "WIXOSS" the only pronunciation that pops into my mind is "weaksauce".

I really want to start watching this show, just haven't gotten around to it yet. Is this movie supposed to be a sequel or recap or something else?
