Sweet, looks like it'll have the characters from all games. Time to prepare for the game by playing all DQ games! (currently in the second half of DQ4)

Oho, YES! This had better come out in the US! And DQ6 characters! Possibly my favorite entry in the series, hooray! And DQ4 too, can't wait to see Alena punch stuff to a pulp!

DQ is back on Playstation! Now all Sony needs is to get Monster Hunter back.

Also, we know when Hunter x Hunter is going to be/stay on hiatus.

If this counts as getting Dragon Quest back, then Monster Hunter never left thanks to Frontier.

Oh it's a musou game...lol, I thought it was an RPG. Regardless, musou games are great if you like the franchise, I put like 400h into the gundam musou games. The new zelda game looks sick too, so they're not lame by any means

A musou game can be taken like a shooter, just with more firepower. Cool

Please read the end of the article. The producer of Dragon Quest has confirmed that the game will not be a Musou game.

A producer of DQ. Not the producer. Yuji Hori is the DQ creator/producer.

And please tell me that is'nt a Musou game with a straight face after looking at the footage. Especially when it reuses animation from the Zelda one.

It may have more rpg elements or whatever, but it's clearly a Musou game. Why else would they get Omega Force to make the game? If it was just an action jrpg they wouldn't need them.
