Is there any way to obtain the list of roles done by an actor in chronological order?
Alphabetical is fine, but I'm finding myself really wishing for a sort-by-date ability, as I don't have an intrinsic knowledge of when every show debuted 
Clicking on each role and then finding the date works, but it takes an eternity, especially when the actor is prolific. To give some background, I wanted to see what the last Andy McAvin role was. I think that it is Halo: Legends (sigh), but I'm unsure. Also, I mistakenly thought that several ADV actors emeritus hadn't done anything in years, only to find out that they were in Section 23 roles from just last year. The same thing occurred with several seiyuu that I follow (for lack of a better term) If there isn't any way, I'll live (somehow lol) but if there is a way, it would make ANN life easier

1. Go to animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/.
2. Click customize. 3. Put a check on the last box beside For Japanese cast/staff, sort titles by year instead of alphabetically. I discovered this by accident. It is not an obvious thing to do. |

Sadly it doesn't work on English dubbers, but hey, half the battle is over now. I suppose that is because the dub release dates differ from the "vintage" date field, but I'd be satisfied if the dubbers' profiles were sorted by the "vintage" field as it would be generally close enough to an accurate chronology. |
