I would think that is possible. Senran Kagura is the brainchild of a man that saw the Three D screen and said, " You know what would look good on this screen... breasts."

Quite a bit. In Japan, at any rate. Obviously this won't be coming over to the US so it being censored by NoA is not much of an issue.

Well, I mean nowhere near the level of the anime or manga. I recall the Senran Kagura producer talking about some forbidden things. Obviously nudity is one of them

So I heard NoA censored fire emblem awakening what a load of crap, yeah anyway as much I like nintendo they need to stop doing that, hello there are adult gamers too. That may be why people say nintendo is kiddy.

You actually think a US based company would license that game? Why haven't they dubbed certain ecchi anime yet that so-called "deserve to be dubbed."
Japan's gaming library is unique for a reason but so is ours. Let them be the way they are and no need for changes.

Although, on this topic, it's probably worth noting that in the 3DS version they all wore swimsuits (like the anime) and they didn't switch to actual underwear until the Vita game.
