Hi guys, this is my first time posting here... I was just wondering, will the Cowboy Bebop movie be showing in Canada as well? I certainly hope so, it would be too cool to see it in big screen.

Wow! This principle should be applied over here in Finland too. (Spirited away is still the only anime to get a nationwide theater distribution over here )

Well, it kind of depends where in Canada you live. Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Montreal, and other big cities like that, yeah, you'll probably get it. However, if like me, you happen to live in a smaller city like London, for example, no, you most likely won't see it. After all, I didn't get to see Spirited Away, or anything like that. Noooo.... anime isn't good enough for London's theatres.... *annoyed*

very true with any anime release... if you live closer to a big city, you have a better chance, even Spirited Away was not released in more than 35 theaters... (don't remember the exact number...) and many cities had mulitiple theaters showing it... like Boston had 3, I believe.

Even in Canada, there are still chances here and there to catch your anime, if you keep your eyes open for local festivals.
Cowboy Bebop: KOHD, among other cool anime, was shown at WFAC, a local anime festival in Waterloo, Ontario last year.
