Too hardcore for me. Even if I like the shows Rie Kugimiya stars in. And you know what? It's always weird that I keep forgetting she does Alphonse in FMA. Her Tsundere stuff is really ingraining.

This is... impressive. The pure strength and capabilities of the otaku never cease to surprise me.
I...don't know that I possess such determination, and I have school to attend, so I don't think I'd be emulating this. I am impressed though! |

Doesn't this prove again that they're (mostly) one and the same? If I was in a situation like that, my "dedication" would be at most limited to waking up early to go to an expo, and then only if I feel like it. Not that I ever collected autographs though. Those guys are as hardcore as it gets. |

Don't worry. They have their character pillows and sheets to keep them comfy during this time. I'm curious how many fans are going to want Rie to treat them as though she's one of the characters she voiced. This is dedication I've never seen before. Even Walmart's Black Friday deals can't beat this. Though, I would like one of those plates. |

She was also Hotaru in Gakuen Alice; and I believe she was in Shingu. But yeah, she knows what her bread and butter voice is.
If I found 3-4 people to trade turns with, I could see myself doing this as well. |

Dedication? I guess that you could call it that. It seems to me to be more like a serious misalignment of priorities, and perhaps a bit of insanity. It's like those guys who play MMORPGs without stopping until they drop dead. That's just too much "dedication." It can't possibly be healthy. And really, if you care that much about an autograph, I've really got to wonder about you. There have got to be healthier, less insane ways to get her autograph.
Though by the sounds of it, they really should have made more of those plates. |
