Yeah..."special edition"....I'm SHOCKED. A.K.A.: wide screen and uncensored plus an extra episode. Though TBH the onsen episode looks like fun, since Plug looks like EVA 03. I really liked this anime.

Hopefully this special edition will be available with English subtitles as a R2 purchase... I wouldnt mind that at all...

The entire show was uncensored, but I'm sure they'll add even more in. But still, that was a lot of urine. Dumb show, but fulfills its purpose of being a stupid loltits show.

If it was uncensored, why is it they censored the nipples (the eyecatcher of the last episode showed Plug's nipple)?

I dunno, all I know is that I've seen uncensored nipples, because that's how AT-X aired it. |

The censorship confusion comes from Crunchy Roll.
Crunchy Roll said they were working with AVEX and rolling out the censored version that will later air on other channels in Japan (Not on AT-X) that is the version America got on CR. AT-X's version aired 100% uncensored all the nudity left in tact. Funny note in the final episode on Plug's eyecatch her nipple isn't fully censored lol I found it humerus. |

Hoo boy what a show. Talk about your heaping cup of "banana-flavored popsicle juice". I can't believe I'd enjoy something like this. I guess it's a guilty pleasure.

Okay, for all the urine jokes, uh... there were only two scenes, iirc, of any of the girls actually pissing themselves. I believe Plug did once, and the magical girl did once... every other time, they weren't pissing themselves... most of it was Alaster "wetting" herself in anticipation of being hit with the bat... maybe there were a few more times I didn't catch, but yeah...
And I actually found this show amazingly enjoyable, because I'm kind of in its target demographic, except for the whole not living in Japan thing (though I watched it raw). And it was obvious early on that it was supposed to be widescreen, so this announcement doesn't surprise me, though I was half expecting it to air in widescreen with a three-week delay, like several other shows have. (glares at Kyo-Ani)... |

You may have to elaborate here. What exactly do you mean when you say wetting in inverted commas? Surely such occasions you cite do indeed qualify as occasions of characters urinating themselves. I wasn't enthralled by what I saw of this title, but it at least employs gimmicks somewhat unique in televised anime. If people are entertained by its quirks, I'll try not to judge. |
