Wow that's surprising the LN was discontinued years ago, was there any recent announcement about a restart of the LN ? I like that they are giving attention to series in hiatus/discontinued but it ought to lead to a restart of the LN like Vending Machine or a continuation with their mangas adaptation like next season's Behemoth, we still have no news for Notorious Talker vol 5.

No, there isn't any restart, the third volume is still the last published. The manga seems to be also in the final arc as it's covering events from that volume.
Too bad Tentai went belly-up so we have only two of the volumes officially in English  ...
