The Twilight Between Heaven and Hell: Tasokare Hotel Anime Premiere Time & Date Revealed

[TOKYO, Japan, December 19, 2024] REMOW Co., LTD unlocks the mystery of the release date: the curious tale of TASOKARE HOTEL begins streaming for free ahead of its terrestrial television premiere on Friday January 3, 2025 at 11:30PM JST (6:30AM PST / 9:30AM EST).

At Tasogare (Twilight) Hotel, guests are souls who are between life and death. During their stay, they uncover memories of their lives to help them move on to the next world or return to the present. The protagonist, Neko, wanders into the hotel with no memories. She must unravel the mystery of her own stay as she becomes entangled in the secrets of those around her. Fans outside of Japan will be able to watch the series upon numerous streaming services such as Prime Video, The It's Anime YouTube Channel, Tubi, Plex App, Anime Onegai, TVING, bilibili, and Anime Key in over 100 countries and territories. Please note that the streaming schedule may vary by platform.

REMOW hosted a world premiere screening at Anime Frontier on December 6, 2024, which features the first 3 episodes. Audiences were in for the intrigued story which keeps the audience engaged and curious about what will happen next. Here are some of the early reactions from those in attendance:

■SYNOPSIS
The “Tasogare (Twilight) Hotel” never sees afternoon, nor does it see night, but rather exists in a state of endless twilight.
This hotel exists in a limbo state, as a place that allows souls who have not yet decided if they are meant to pass on to the afterlife, or remain in the world of the living, to rest their wings. The protagonist, Neko Tsukahara, comes across this “Tasogare (Twilight) Hotel” with no memory of who she is or how she came to be there.

An employee leads the way and shows Neko to her room, explaining, “In these rooms, there should be items that are related to our guests' memories. These items can also serve as clues to help our guests remember who they were before they arrived here.” As Neko searches for a way to return to this world and remember who she was, a certain incident confronts her...
