So does that mean I could go to jail for Berserk? One of the bonus stories in Punch! features a pre-teen girl who did it with her BF. Will anyone be arrested for buying that? Shit, the latest Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei has innuendo which implies sex between a student and her teacher, but is done as a joke. Christ, are we even allowed to own Shinchan now?

Implied and off page sexual activity with at least one character under 18 will probably not get you in trouble.

Visual representations may.

Items available in the US with underaged characters depicted having sex include:

Gunsmith Cats, Hot Tales, La Blue Girl, hell most erotic anime and manga, IWGP, and others.
