Didn't see this coming. I've only heard of Marvel VS Capcom and X-Men VS Capcom. Pretty cool if you ask me though.

I hope they do add Ken but 100% they are not because someone is name Ken already in Tatsunoko side; and that apply in any Marvel, capcom, or watever they cant have 2 character the same name. Also if your wondering about the Ken that took over our beloved Ken then here a image of him below.

For a while it was rumored that there wouldn't be a US release because Capcom intended to give us Marvel vs Capcom 3 instead. Then we recently got the news that MvC3 wasn't in the works and that they're releasing MvC2 to generate some excitement that would help make MvC3 a reality. Shortly after that they announce TvC coming to the US, can't help but think that's not a coincidence.

If they do add more characters I would love to see Strider make the cut, I just think Strider vs. Casshern would be a ton of fun to see!

You have to admit this is pretty cool as it's unprecedented (I mean seriously when was the last time a crazy Anime crossover with multiple licenses made it here). If this game does well, companies like Nintendo MAY find it worth it to bring out games like Jump Super/Ultimate Stars.

I hope Capcom humors my curiosity as to how they made this work at E3.

I already have the import, but I'd gladly buy it again to show my thanks (that and I'd really like to be able to know what the characters are saying)

But Kenspoiler[ the Eagle] is already in the game! Wink

But really though, I just don't understand the obsession with Ken. This is Tatsunoko vs Capcom not Street Fighter. Ken's a fun character to play (I'd really love to see his Vs moves in the game), but all the people whining that they can't play the game without him, is just so sad.

Oh and for those people in the UK and Europe

It's been confirmed for Europe too. Smile

I actually really really REALLY like the fact that Street Fighter is reprsented by only one character from each core Street Fighter game (Ryu from Street Fighter, Chun-Li from Street Fighter 2, and Alex from Street Fighter 3). Though, I probably wouldn't be mad if they stuck a Street Fighter 4 character in as a new character, as that would fit the pattern (probably Crimson Viper, if anyone)

If I could add a character, I'd want Braking Boss from Casshern SINS

I read about this on Kotaku last week, but it's nice to see it here too. I got a chance to play an import copy of this game at an anime con, and it's a ton of fun. This is on my "to buy" list for day one. Very Happy

Great "news" ( Razz ), I'll get it when it comes out in Italy, but I hope they'll keep the Japanese audio track in the international versions, too.

I was planning on buying a Nintendo Wii for Xmas and now I have a really good reason to do so! Very Happy

If they did add extra characters, I'd love to see from the Tatsunoko side the likes of the Samurai Pizza Cats and Big Cheese from the same show, Tekkaman Blade, Tekkaman Saber and the female Tekkaman from the OVA series and Shurato along with Gai from Legend of Heavenly Sphere Shurato. From the Capcom side, I'd like to see [if it's possible in theory] the 2 original characters from Namco x Capcom [damn you Namco Bandai for being such hypocritical SOBs for allowing SRW: OG: Endless Frontier to come out in English and not Namco x Capcom!], Kyoko from Rival Schools, Rainbow Mika, Dudley [because he deserves more respect as a fighter!], M.Bison ["The day I visited your village was the greatest day of your life... But for me, it was Tuesday!"] and one of the robots from Tech Romancer [another game that deserved a sequel!]

First they announce an official stateside English release of a Sakura Wars title last week, and now this announcement about Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (also coming stateside) emerges...these are great days for long-suffering and very patient otaku gamers...at least those who haven't had the chance or resources to import.

Old news and already own it Anime hyper. Aside from Brawl, TP, and ToS2, this is probably the only other decent game for the Wii. Everything else is crap and going to the PS3.
