YOU BEAT ME TO THE POST! AUGH! BY 8 mins!
Blah. But anyway, yeah. I noticed it was a parody of Battle of the Planets. Despite the fact I never have seen the series, I found it really funny to watch. Everything. This series is cartoon network gold. Acctually, it's more so platnium to me. =P
The Hot Dog thing was really gross though. =P.
And the episode before was also getting me to crack up. I'm telling the truth when I can say that this show has been the only Cartoon Network show (excluding adult swim) that has EVER been able to crack me up.. I mean I was laughing out loud. Wow. Nice.
Anyone able to explain the parody in the 2nd episode? An explaniation would be nice. ^^;

It's one of the few good anime-influenced cartoons.

Gotta agree with that. This show is awesome... voted for it a year or so ago when it was up for option. Glad to see they took it....
Anyone else see the first episode? The Yamato wave cannon attack had me in stitches....

Spoiler possiblity.
I gotta say I love Megas XLR. It's so freakin funny. The first or whatever episode where they talk about what they want to do with Megas, and the skinny guy dreams of chasing girls, and the fat dude thinks of chasing burgers and stuff. Just how they did it had me laughing for a good 45 minutes and had me chuckling off of it for 2 days lol. I'm still cracking up at that. Love that show. Sorry if I spoiled something but it was just hilarious.

Saturday's episode was another slap the anime around for a bit with cameos of sentai anime and Soul Taker parodies. Coop even beat some Japanese guy at an eating contest.

It looked more like a parody of the american power rangers because the robots were animals and zordon was shown at the end. But it does parody sentai shows too.
