i have a general question for everyone and i would like your views/opinions.
since, manga and anime creators arent afraid to use nudity, do you think its wrong to show or let younger people read or watch it
I have read manga since i was little. i think nothings wrong with it.

Personally I think it depends on the subject matter, some manga is fine for smaller children to read while others are not.

Well... the best way to go with this is to consider just what age the manga you're considering to give to a child is targeted at. There are tons of manga out there, and a lot are really not good for kids to read.
Personally, I would suggest to keep the teen manga away from kids when they have a lot of sex talk, blood, and violence. On nudity though, unless there's something perverted attached to it, I don't really see anything wrong with it. Example: Sailor Moon has Nudity in it, but it's not fanservice perv. shots.

I think it also depends on mature the child is. Some kids can handle stuff, and understand it, better then some other kids, like some sex jokes, nudity, and everything, they know what's going on, but, other kids would just freak out.

It all depends on the context of the nudity - in general young children don't understand the differences between genders yet, and as such would not derive much meaning from nudity.
However, ultimately it all depends on the subject matter - I wouldn't let a child read a hentai manga (or similar) but would see no problem with Ranma 1/2 (Which has some nudity) for example.

It all depends on how perverted the kid is! lol kidding. I think that as long as they know whats going on it is ok.

The context surrounding the nudity are typically regulated to situations that are going to go over kids heads. If they aren't going to get it, they probably aren't ready for it. In that case, why bother showing it to them at all?

Exactly. Like for example, most kids would understand that the fact Sailor Moon is clothless for a while because she needs to change into Sailor Moon to beat the bad guys. While stuff like Seraphic Feather most kids would not know what it's about.
Captain Jack Sparrow also had a very good point. One of my best friends when I was 10 was very mature for his age. His parents treated him like an adult! I'm not kidding. He understood stuff like nudity, sex, violence and all that stuff. Kids like him would have no problem with the nudity in manga.
