Wow Momoi sure loves going to cons in the west.

AX, Germany, Hawaii, and now Toronto. That's at least 4 oversea trips in the span of one year. Since I already got to see her at AX last year, I wonder if I should bother with this one...hrmm...

It's about time that Anime North announced their Japanese guest!

And boy, what a guest. While I have no particular interest in Halko Momoi, I'm still going to check out her concert, since seeing Japanese guests at cons can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and it makes the admission feel more worthwhile.

I might even grow to like her music. Kotoko's appearance at A-North two years ago solidified her position as my favourite music artist, so I'll see how Halko fares for me at A-North this year.

JEALOUS. Anyone who can go, enjoy yourselves for me, okay?

Halko's Hawaii performance was probably within range for me to go, but it's highly doubtful my mom would take me from CA to Hawaii on a whim. Halko's Canada performance is a bit farther, but still not totally out of range. God I wish I could go Anime cry

I wish a Japanese artist/band would come to the UK... All the Japanese bands that play so far seem to ALL be J-Rock, which is popular, and that's great, but we miss out on so much else...

Also, I seriously want Yoko Kanno to do a World Tour some day.
