Not just that; everyone in the media industry in general. Think of all the hollywood actors who've passed away, and the famous musicians.

It seems to be happening everywhere. Like everyone I know has a family member passing away and funerals to go to . It's all damn depressing but it just seems to be one of those times.

How about we look at it from this perspective:
It's not that more people are dying, it's more of the fact that we're more aware of it due to how easy it is to find out about deaths. Social networking has really brought this stuff more to the forefront, with or without ANN and other news/media outlets.
This is sad though. I recognize a bunch of his works including Guyver, Black Magic M-66 and George from Bebop. RIP!
