And now, Samsung TV Plus will be the exclusive home of the LIVE broadcast of the 2024 MAMA AWARDS, presented by Visa, a 3-day event that will kick off in Los Angeles, California, then continue in Osaka, Japan. This landmark debut will air LIVE November 21 through the 23rd across multiple time zones.
Celebrating a 25-year legacy, MAMA AWARDS, the World's No.1 K-Pop Awards, have been at the forefront of K-Pop's expansion by hosting the ceremony across Asia, including Macao, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Japan.
Dubbed the “Grammys of Asia,” the MAMA AWARDS will be broadcast LIVE from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, showcasing a high-energy lineup of K-Pop's most celebrated artists. The exclusive coverage begins on Thursday, November 21 with red carpet arrivals at 4 PM PST, followed by the main event featuring rapper and producer, Anderson Paak, and legendary producer J. Y. Park. Most notably, breakout girl group ILLIT will make their U.S. debut, competing for multiple awards, and fans will also be able to enjoy performances by international acts, including global girl group KATSEYE.
