I suppose this could be good news? Tokyo Ghoul was a great show, imo, but that a lot to do with the director doing a lot with a little. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it turns out.

Hmmmm....ugh... Could be worse I guess. Hopefully they can deliver when comes to action scenes ( as long was the quality is on par with Tokyo ghoul season 1, I can at least get over that)

Meh, not sure what to think of this. Would've much preferred a studio like Bones or Madhouse to have it, but it's not the worst choice in the world, at least.
Guess we'll wait to see what the staff is first.

Not sure how I feel about that.
But..if they adapt it good like Yona, then it should be fine.

Wagakki Band became quite popular lately. It will be nice to hear them in the anime again.
As for the studio - Pierrot is hit or miss studio, so we shall see how it'll work out.

Has Pierrot ever done a series right aside from "Yu Yu Hakusho?"

The key visual looks bad imo, at least not what I hoped to expect. Hope the PV will be better.

Yes Akatsuki No Yona. Adapted nicely from the manga.

they will do this, a small almost new series not a lot of people have heard of but they won't finish off Bleach???
i'm sure this could do well IF it's done with care but why are they still sitting on Bleach, people ask about it almost every day and there is enough material to work with and if they are unsure of how a new Bleach series will be received then work with Kubo and make a movie set after the Fullbringer arc but before the current arc and see how it does.

Well it sounds so easy when put it like that.

Osomatsu-san from this season is quite pleasant.

Because Bleach is a zombie limping along on tank sales while it lists at the bottom of every Jump questionnaire for the last two years.
On a more related note, Jesus H. Christ are those goofy faces on the key visual. Not exactly filling me with hope here, Pierrot.
At least the manga is monthly though, which means that they shouldn't need to resort to the haphazard pacing and reordering of Tokyo Ghoul. Worst case scenario, we'll get a great series finale if nothing else.

RIP TwinStar Exorcists
Benio's face is weird, and Rokuro looks like a character from a Cartoon Network show (don't remember which tho).
The adaptation better be like Yona, and not like TG...

Lol I knew the Bleach comments would come.
Anyway, I'm still interested in this....for the fillers.
