Kuroko and Magi make sense.
Kill la Kill is too high. I'm so wrong on Kill La Kill, i didn't know Japan still like this kind of old style anime.

Some of us like this style of anime. Just because you're not into doesn't mean you should condemn an entire country due to your tastes.

I dont like sporst anime very much so im not even watching that. #2 I skipped out of because of how season 1 ended....might pick it back up someday I guess. Best for me is probably Non Non Biyori. Kill la Kill I find very lastluster and bland. Good action, but thats about it

Glad to see Log Horizon on there. I've really been charmed by this show, and it's become one of my favorites.

Surprising results for animes are doing good.
BlueBlaz, Machine-Dolls, Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova, and Kakumeiki Valvrave not even on the list...

300 users... in an online poll... that is a tiny amount for a survey pool.

Also note how the majority of voters were female. A group of good looking boys playing basketball at the top spot shouldn't be a surprise at all.

I'm a Kuroko fan, so I'm happy to see it on top. But I'm surprised that it hasn't been licensed yet. I thought for sure Section 23, Funimation, or Sentai would have grabbed it by now. I mean Sentai even licensed Maeganebu! Did they watch this nonsensical, absurd bevy of pretty boys before they licensed it. I want to like Meganebu, I really do, but it sucks. Sentai's money would have been better spent on Kuroko as apposed to Meganebu.

By the same token, it's hardly surprising Kill la Kill, with its ecchi female protagonist and revision of old-school fighting shows, did not score very highly within this audience. Nakashima's script is quite witty and satirical, but the visuals probably limit its audience.
I haven't seen any viewership numbers for this show, and unfortunately the best anime ratings site doesn't have any 2013 data.

It's a sports anime. That's all that really has to be said; after several attempts to sell sports shows that cover a wide range of topics and themes, in the end it's just become a poison that licensors want no part of.

That might have a chance because of how little competition there actually is in the series, it's all loaded in the last few episodes. Otherwise it's just a mostly a light comedy.

Glad to see despite the idiocy of the threats, KB is still coming on top with a lot of fans.
Magi and a lot of the others are fun shows too in their own ways.
