I really hope this is a harem comedy where the hero has to choose between gender-flipped versions of George Washington, Abe Lincoln and Millard Filmore while fighting against Aaron Burr.

I guess that they can get away with it because it's in Europe and not the US, but that would be like having a trademark for Bastille Day in the US, which doesn't make any sense to me either. But sometimes it's just bizarre what does and doesn't fly in the business and legal worlds. Common sense has little to do with them.
