What is Wota and Otagei?
'Wota' is a short version of the word 'otaku', often used by Japanese anime fans. 'Otagei' refers to the kind of audience-participation dances popular in Japan. You can often see otagei performed at concerts by seiyuu (voice actresses) and pop groups such as Morning Musume.
