Crunchyroll added the Tamil and Telugu dubs of the Tower of God anime's second season on Thursday.

The anime season debuted on July 7 and Crunchyroll streamed it in India on the same day. The season's Hindi dub premiered on July 29.

Crunchyroll describes the story:

Ja Wangnan can't seem to pass the 20th floor. Even after failing time and time again, he refuses to give up. On his journey, he meets a mysterious and powerful character named Viole. Wangnan invites Viole to join his team of Regulars. Their journey continues with new challenges at every turn.

Kazuyoshi Takeuchi (Armored Trooper Votoms: Alone Again) served as chief director for the new season, and Akira Suzuki replaced Takashi Sano as the director at The Answer Studio Co., Ltd. instead of Telecom Animation Film. Erika Yoshida (Bocchi the Rock!) was again in charge of the series scripts, and also co-wrote the scripts with added writers Takeshi Miyamoto and Riuji Yoshizaki. Miho Tanino returned from the first season to design the characters, this time with Seigo Kitazawa (City Hunter The Movie: Angel Dust) and Isamitsu Kashima. Kitazawa was also the chief animation director. Kevin Penkin returned to compose the music.

The other staff members are:

NiziU performed the season's first opening and ending theme song, and Stray Kids performed the second opening and ending theme song. The season aired in two parts and ended with its 26th episode in December.

The first season debuted on Crunchyroll in April 2020, and premiered in Japan on the same day. That season had 13 episodes. The Crunchyroll and WEBTOON production is part of the Crunchyroll Originals slate. The company released a Hindi dub for the season in February 2024.

SIU launched the webtoon on NAVER WEBTOON in 2010, then launched the digital comic on WEBTOON in English in July 2014.
