March 7th, 2025 – BOOK WALKER Co., Ltd. (Japan) announces that, effective March 31, 2025 (Japan Standard Time), the ownership of the BOOK☆WALKER Global service will be transferred from BOOK WALKER Co., Ltd. to its group company, M12 Media LLC (formerly J-Novel Club LLC), based in the USA.
