A Certain Magical Index Film Tops 300 Million Yen

The official website for the Toaru Majutsu no Index: Endymion no Kiseki (A Certain Magical Index: The Miracle of Endymion) anime film confirmed on Wednesday that the film has topped 300 million yen (about US$3 million) in the box office. To celebrate the milestone, the film's staff began offering character cards with the main characters in theaters starting this weekend.
The film already set records for first-week attendance and box office receipts at Kadokawa Cinema Shinjuku, a theater in Tokyo, last month.
