California's Kintoki Con to Host Di Gi Charat's Koge Donbo*

The California anime convention Kintoki Con announced manga author and character designer Koge Donbo will appear at the convention in July.
Donbo* is best known as the creator of Di Gi Charat, Kamichama Karin, A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, and Pita-Ten, all of which received anime adaptations. Her last regular story manga series, Doki Doki! Tama-tan., ran in Nakayoshi magazine until it ended in 2010. She married in 2011 and serialized her Yome-san wa Moe Manga-ka (My Wife is a Moe Manga Artist) comic essays on Mag Garden's Web Comic Eden website.
Donbo* was a previous guest at Anime Expo 2006 and Otakon 2004. She is confirmed for a Q&A and autograph session.
Kintoki Con will be at the Holiday Inn – Capitol Plaza in Sacramento, California on July 27-28, 2013.
