posted on by Egan Loo
This year's 29th issue of Kodansha's Young Magazine is announcing on Monday that the anime studio feel. (Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father!, Mayo Chiki!) is producing the fourth television season based on Coharu Sakuraba's Minami-ke manga.
Keiichiro Kawaguchi (Mayo Chiki!, Moetan Sket Dance) is directing the Winter anime, and Takamitsu Kouno (Abnormal Physiology Seminar, Ayakashi, Kyo no Gononi) is in charge of the scripts. Gō Suzuki (chief animation director on Kanamemo, Kiss×sis) drew the character designs previewed in the issue, and Takahiro Naka is producing.
The current Young Magazine issue is also revealing that the original anime DVD bundled with the 10th manga volume will adapt the 179th, 181th, 185th, 189th, and 192nd chapters with the new television anime staff. The issue indicates that the original cast (Rina Satō as Haruka Minami, Marina Inoue as Kana Minami, and Minori Chihara as Chiaki Minami) is returning for both new anime projects. The manga reached its 200th chapter in the current issue, so 200 readers will receive reproductions of an illustration of the three Minami sisters in a drawing.
