Composer Kitaro to Perform in San Francisco on Sunday

Ninja Scroll/Queen Millennia composer marks 65th anniversary of WWII's end
San Francisco's "New People" cultural entertainment center has announced that composer Kitaro will perform with artist Kihachiro Nishiura at the center's Superfrog Gallery on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. The performance marks the 65th anniversary of the end of World War II and the first anniversary of New People itself.
Kitaro composed the soundtrack for Kuroi Ame ni Utarete, Ninja Scroll, and Queen Millennia Movie. He also won a Golden Globe Award for his music in Oliver Stone's Heaven & Earth film. The Superfrog Gallery is currently hosting Nishiura's calligraphy exhibition.
