C.B. Cebulski Promoted to Senior VP at Marvel

The American comic book and entertainment company Marvel Worldwide has announced that it promoted C.B. Cebulski to Senior Vice President, Creator & Content Development. Cebulski has been a writer, talent liaison, and editor at Marvel Comics, and he helped bring such manga talents as Kia Asamiya, Yoshitoshi ABe, Tsutomu Nihei, Takehiko Itō, Katsuya Terada, Ryusuke Hamamoto, and Junko Mizuno to various publishers outside Japan. In his new job, Cebulski "will discover, develop and nurture new talent, brainstorm new initiatives and advise on creative directions for Marvel's key titles. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Cebulski will work on creative aspects of development of larger corporate initiatives."
Cebulski once worked at CPM Manga and he launched his own company, Fanboy Entertainment, before joining Marvel. Among his projects at Marvel were the Marvel Mangaverse series and Marvel Fairy Tales.
