Japanese Animation Blu-ray Disc Ranking, August 31-September 6

On SoundScan Japan's weekly Blu-ray (BD) chart, Yukihiko Tsutsumi's second live-action film based on Naoki Urasawa's 20th Century Boys suspense manga stayed at #1 for a second week. The Minori Chihara Live Tour 2009~Parade~Live BD dropped from #5 to #19 in its second week. (SoundScan Japan's methods of surveying the home video sales above are different from Oricon's, which often lead to differing results between the two survey firms.)
