posted on by Egan Loo
The Crunchyroll media-distribution website has announced that it has begun streaming three live-action films based on Junji Ito's Tomie horror manga from Kadokawa Pictures USA on Thursday. The three films follow different incarnations of Tomie, a mysterious girl who appears again and again in various people's lives and haunts them until their eventual end. The three Tomie films are Ataru Oikawa's first film (1999), Tomie: Another Face (1999), and Tomie: Replay (2000). The two companies are also streaming an anthology of seven horror stories: Heartbroken Trip, Lost Souls, Nurarihyon, Peony Lamp, Shadows of the Wraith, She-Bear and Yamaba.
