New Precure TV Series to Premiere on February 1

Next series to take over Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! anime's Sunday morning timeslot
The Japanese toy manufacturer Bandai has issued retail solicitations for several items tied to "New Precure (Precure Follow-up)" — thus confirming that a new Precure television series will premiere on February 1, 2009. For now, the cast is only identified as "A Heroine," "B Heroine," and "C Heroine." The existence of this year's Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! magical girl series was similarly revealed last fall by pre-orders for official accessories and toys. The new series will take over TV Asahi's Sunday morning timeslot that is held by the current Yes! Precure 5 GoGo! series from Toei Animation.
