Viz Showcases Anime at MIPCOM Global Industry Event

Viz Media has been showcasing some of its anime titles to potential international buyers and distributors at the MIPCOM trade event at Cannes, France from October 13 to October 17. Those anime properties include the first 109 episodes of Bleach (190 have aired in Japan), the first Blue Dragon series (51 episodes)、Buso Renkin (26 episodes), Death Note (37 episodes), Honey and Clover (38 episodes), Hunter X Hunter (62 episodes, pictured at right), Kilari (156 episodes), MÄR (156 episodes), Megaman Star Force (13 episodes), NANA (50 episodes), and Naoki Urasawa's Monster (74 episodes). Only 130 episodes of Kilari have aired in Japan under the name Kirarin Revolution, and MÄR ended in Japan with only 102 episodes.
Viz Media highlighted all of these titles except for Hunter X Hunter at last year's and this year's MIPTV conference, which is held every April in Cannes.
