Triple Slash Zolo Roronoa figure included with four Batman figures in recall
Toy manufacturer Mattel and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued a voluntary recall of five action figures, including the One Piece Triple Slash Zolo Roronoa (product number J4142). The figure has small magnets on its hands, which can connect to other magnets on the hilts of the swords Zolo wields. There were 21 incidents of magnets of this type, which can be swallowed by a young child, falling off a figure or its accessories.
The other four items affected by the recall are all various Batman figures. Pictures and descriptions of all of the toys can be seen on the Consumer Product Safety Commission website, and anyone who has purchased any of the five figures can contact Mattel for instructions on receiving a replacement.
