Rising Star Finalist Accused of Plagiarism

Hendra Wahjudi has been accused of plagiarizing Hiroaki Samura's Blade of the Immortal in Tokyopop Rising Star entry Samurai Zombie. Click here for a comparison of five frames. Samurai Zombie is currently one of 20 finalists for Tokyopop's People's Choice Award, in which the top 7 will be published in Rising Stars of Manga volume 6.
