Final Fantasy V & more games promised for mobile treatment
Square Enix streamed a 90-second trailer on Thursday to showcase the release of Final Fantasy IV for iOS devices on Friday. Square Enix is releasing the 2007 Nintendo DS port which features 3D graphics, voice acting, minigames, and some changes to the basic gameplay from the original.
The trailer also promises a Final Fantasy V port and other games.
Square Enix previously released Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions for Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch devices last year. A port of Final Fantasy III for PlayStation Portable became available to download in September. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Final Fantasy franchise.
