Ami Koshimizu, Houko Kuwashima Join New Seitokai no Ichizon Anime's Cast

The official website for the new Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion) anime announced more cast members for the series on Thursday. Like the first anime, the new anime adapts Sekina Aoi's comedy light novel series about a mostly female student council. The additional cast members are as follows:
Mami Kosuge as Satori Magiru
Mamiko Noto as Ririshia Tōdō
Ai Shimizu as Elise Tōdō
Ryoko Shintani as Meguru Uchū
Yuudai Satou as Mamoru Uchū
Madoka Yonezawa as Ringo Sugisaki
Ami Koshimizu as Asuka Matsubara
Houko Kuwashima as Runa Minase
The website had revealed in July that two of the main cast members for the series had changed. Yuka Saitou, who originally played Chizuru Akaba in the first series, is being replaced by Mina (Heaven's Lost Property's Sohara Mitsuki, Is This a Zombie?'s Kanami Mihara). Yuki Horinaka, who originally played Mafuyu Shiina, will be replaced by Iori Nomizu (Heaven's Lost Property's Nymph, Cat Planet Cuties' Antonia).
The title of the new anime has not yet been decided; the anime's official Twitter account is hosting a contest to name the new anime.
Previously it was revealed that Masahito Onoda has replaced Kumi Horii as the character designer on the new anime. AIC is producing the new anime instead of Studio DEEN, and Kenichi Imaizumi is directing the new anime with series script editor Reiko Yoshida, instead of Takuya Satō and Jukki Hanada for the same roles in the 2009 anime version.
Seitokai no Ichizon will premiere on October 13 on niconico in Japan. The media service Crunchyroll streamed the first anime series outside Japan in 2010.
