Sway Warring Empires by Livestreaming in 'The Great Villainess' on PC July 23

TOKYO — April 13th, 2025 — The Great Villainess: Strategy of Lily, the crowd-controlling turn-based strategy game produced by One or Eight (LOST EPIC) and Alliance Arts, disseminates disinformation on PC via Steam Wednesday, July 23, 2025, as announced during INDIE Live Expo.

Duchess Scarlet's irrelevant innocence can't beat the false murder accusations, and now she faces the Imperial Kingdom's guillotine. With microseconds to spare, a time-traveling livestreamer from the future named Lily rescues Scarlet from a bloody fate, and the pair sets out together to clear Scarlet's name.

Fight falsehoods through media manipulation in a pre-Internet era as Lily's modern-day broadcasting blimp purveys persuasive propaganda from above. Convince enemy generals to move troops to different parts of the battlefield, then flank their weak spots to increase the odds of victory. Sow seeds of doubt to lower their morale and incur defection.

Defeat enemy battalions and free captured prisoners to boost Scarlet's skills. Convince conflicted opponents to join Scarlet's cause and increase her ranks. Deepen bonds with allies through conversation to both improve army strength and unlock new Unison skills, and amass an army large enough (and trustworthy enough) to topple the Imperial Kingdom's reign.
