New Seitokai no Ichizon Anime to Stream in October

The official website for the new anime of Seitokai no Ichizon opened on Friday and revealed that the anime will stream in advance on the niconico service in Japan in October.
The May 2011 issue of Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Magazine announced that "still more anime" of Sekina Aoi's Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion) light novel series is in the works. A special Blu-Ray box set of the first season is set for release on September 28. Masahito Onoda has replaced Kumi Horii (Zone of the Enders, Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka) as the character designer on the new anime.
