New Seitokai no Ichizon Anime Changes Character Designer

Animation director Masahito Onodo previously worked on Panty & Stocking, Strike Witches 2

Masahito Onoda has replaced Kumi Horii (Zone of the Enders, Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka) as character designer in the upcoming new Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion) anime. Onoda previously worked as a character animation director for episodes of Strike Witches 2 and as an animation director for episodes of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt and Tamayura - Hitotose.

The May 2011 issue of Fujimi Shobo's Dragon Magazine announced that "still more anime" of Sekina Aoi's Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion) light novel series is in the works. A special Blu-Ray box set of the first season is set for release on September 28.
