Near the end of the preview from episode 4 Sana mentions that Shuri has the wrong show. This refers to how she narrated the preview which is similar to how the previews for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni were done. The voice also sounded like Rika Furude from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni voiced by Yukari Tamura who is the seiyuu for Shuri Wakatsuki.
The title of the anime (Myself;Yourself) is also the same title for the song that Nanaka played at the final episode 13
The original creator of this anime [Yeti] is also used for the name of the doll that Hinako collected by buying kids meal [ep.4]
In the episode preview at the end of episode 9, Shuri references Tokimeki Memorial and Da Capo in her little quiz, as both series have magical sakura trees like in this series, though they have different effects.
In the opening sequence, the building behind Sana mentions "STARBOBS COFFEE", probably a parody of Starbucks
In Episode 7, there's a reference to the famous Edgar Allan Poe's story, "The Tell-Tale Heart", where the beating of Poe's (The cat) bell (instead of heart) is heard.
In Episode 9 at 16:19 the anime green character states "Watch in a brightly lit room from a good distance" which is a reference to Hayate no Gotoku openings where Hayate would state "When watching Hayate no Gotoku, make sure to watch at a good distance away from the TV in a well lit room."
In episode 12, Sana gave Yuzuri a bottled drink he received from a lucky draw at a convenience stall to cheer her up. The brand name of the drink was shown to be "Regista", one of the joint production committee (along with Yeti) that did the original kinetic novels.
