Wow... it must be a conservative Republican thing to rip off anime. It's funny that the FCC is supposed to make the airwaves "better", yet they can't even be original. (I've never really liked the FCC anyway...)
On another note, I can't see anybody that watches anime going to the FCC website. Weird.... |

It looks similar, but I can see it easily being within the range of possibility that it is just a coincidence, it being a fairly simple drawing of an anthropomorphized cat.
Still, I'd imagine they'll make some cosmetic changes once someone points this out to them. |

The head of the FCC is Micheal Powell, whom I seriously doubt watches anime, and thus, wouldn't notice.
