Well there are some that just transferred to the other magazine (Grisaia no Kajitsu/Gaworare manga adaptations come to mind) so that's not exactly case.

The manga lists that it's "the end," and is not listed in the "moving magazines" section of the issue.

What's most likely about to happen is that Shaman King Flowers is going to get rebranded as another sequel and then continue on with the story, like Tokyo Ghoul did when it became Tokyo Ghoul: re, Kuroko no Basket, Prince of Tennis. This has been happening a lot lately.
