Haha, awesome. It reminds me of a Japanese guy on YouTube I saw years and years ago, that did a bunch of anime/game (?) music instrumentals by himself.

Does he say what he uses? I imagine you can get this effect with some free software if you know what you're doing. |

It's basically a nico nico douga melody thing that was pretty popular years ago. People still make them but not as much |

Wow! I'm really glad he did the Mt. Pyre peak from pokemon Ruby/Sapphire! A very beautiful and unique piece of music, and not one of the ones that many people would know or think of doing, and from one of the less-played games, too!

I discovered this guy by accident a couple of months ago. That's some pretty amazing work he does.

I don't know what software he uses to merge all the different streams together, but all of the sound effects are simply his unfiltered voice. I've followed him for a while, and he's confirmed this, and that's why it's so impressive. He comments on how it's often a challenge to get certain effects he needs for songs he's doing. Smooth's the man. |

Some people are really good at this, like these doing Disney Medley A Capella in costume:

Some of my favorites covers of his include the themes of Megaman X's Spark Mandrill, Crono Trigger's Zeal, and Street Fighter's Guile, although I'm kind of tickled he actually did U.N. Owen Was Her.

I thought that might be the case. In that regard, then all he needs to make the music is a good microphone and Audacity. He goes above and beyond by making the videos, but that's not necessary. |

Love his videos. I'm not very experienced with musical performance, so it really amazes me how he parses the individual parts, then performs and puts them all together.
