Hopefully Nozomi will also add the subtitled version on Crunchyroll this Fall as well.

^ I believe both versions are legally on YouTube, at least for most of the show.
While I'm collecting the show on DVD, this is good news. Utena is a fantastic series that deserves to be seen by more people. It's a work of art (and I'm not just saying that because the actual artwork is gorgeous, although it is). It's one of my personal all-time favorites. It would cool to see more Nozomi shows on Neon Alley. The Irresponsible Captain Tylor would be a good add, same with Nadesico and Lost Universe. You never know. Maybe Cobra, Dirty Pair, and Rose of Versailles could be added, with Neon Alley helping to pay for dubs like they did with Blue Exorcist (hey, a guy can dream!). Viz used to have the Utena manga, but other than that, I think this is all Nozomi. |

Well, I would never have predicted this.
I'm glad to see Utena get some exposure. It certainly deserves it. That dub though... |

Cool! I'm watching Penguindrum right now! This is the perfect timing! Ikuhara's an incredible director!
