Expect for some awkward moments with CG gun it looks pretty good!
I also recall people complaining that modern anime only has influences from other animes, well this show already made a direct homage to Blade Runner at 00:18 and 00:22. |

According to some interviews the show is meant to be more of a retake on Ghost in the Shell more than anything else but it's cool if some other homages are in there. Show looks really amazing though. CGI stands out a bit but Prodo I.G. does their CG pretty well so I'm not worried much about that. Can't wait to find out who's simulcasting this. |

It is noitamina so it will most likely be crunchyroll. |

I was not ready for such an awesome trailer! I'm really excited for this!
P.S: More trailers with that silver haired gentleman who was barely mentioned at 0.46 please. |

It looks damn good in my opinion. I have mixed opinions on the character design, but overall I think it is really good.
Production IG always gives an awesome experience in animation and CGs. I hope the story will be great (Urobuchi, duh! 99% awesomeness confirmed) |

This has the potential to attract a bigger audience so I think FUNimation may actually get this one (unless Sentai does the unexpected). |

These are my two most anticipated as well. Hopefully they live up to my expectations. And I am really hoping CR gets Psycho Pass over Funi. I prefer their streaming service. Now licensing for home video is a different story. Although its rare, Funi has picked up series that streamed on CR first...Steins Gate for one. |

Blade Runner homages are nothing new for anime, and it's been a while since we've had a good futuristic city setting that wasn't full of people grafting genitals to their hands or men running around in spandex.

AFAIK, Funimation has first dibs on anything noitaminA, and CR and other licensors get whatever Funi passes on, unless their partnership/contract from 2010 expired or something. animenewsnetwork.com/press-release/2010-04-15/funimation-enters-simulcast-agreement-with-fuji-tv |

Yeah I know my favorite animes from 90s (and 80s if we count Akira)were all influenced by Blade Runner but it has been while since I saw an anime that made direct homage to it.
It expired a year ago I believe.None of the shows from noitamina this year were licensed by funimation. |

Although even when Sentai picks up a show it usually gets streamed on CR first (well, that's how they've been doing it the past few seasons anyway, they have streamed some stuff independent of CR as well), but this really feels more like a Funi show to me (in which case I wouldn't expect an announcement until mid-October). |

This looks like an exciting and interesting dark action series.
So it'll probably end up as a romcom or something. |

Gen Urobuchi's scripting it, so not likely. |
