I could not disagree more with the ANN review of this. The animation is a complete failure, with characters "walking" in a complete disconnect to the backgrounds, perspective drawings that don't line up in both structures and vehicle movement, etc. And lets not forget the storyline, which just wanders in and stops abruptly. This is the first all digital anime by Production I.G, with Mamora Oshii and Kenji Kamayama (GITS) at the helm. And their lack of experience shows. A "D" grade at best.
